Dark Knight Big Winner At Peoples Choice Awards
If the original Robin were alive today he may say Holy Peoples Choice Awards Batman after his buddy Batman took home 5 awards last night. The caped crusader and his summer blockbuster movie The Dark Knight won for favorite movie, action movie, cast, superhero (Christian Bale) and onscreen matchup, Christian Bale with Heath Ledger. The secret Life Of Bee’s won 2 awards for favorite movie drama and indie movie. Will Smith also took home 2 awards for favorite male movie star and also male action star for Hancock. WALL-E won for favorite family movie and 27 dresses got the award for favorite comedy. In all 43 awards were handed out at the ceremonies which was hosted by Queen Latifah on the CBS network.
