No Reality Show for Octo Mom

Published by wv918 at 12:22 pm under Odd, Television Edit This

How many of you were waiting for this new series to debut. A mom who gives birth to octuplets after previously having 6 children and no means to care for them other than student loans.

Well you will have to keep waiting for a while longer. Usmagazine.com is reporting that TLCthe network that has brought you Jon and Kate Plus Eight has decided to pass on the Angelina Jolie look a like octo mom.

Network president Eileen O’Neil said “The number of children or scale of the multiples is intriguing, but it also comes down to what are the family’s lives like?”

I think what shes saying by asking what are the families lives like is what is their economic situation. I think if there was to be a show it would be very sad to watch. Obviously the family doesn’t have the money to support 14 children properly.

If TLC were to do a show it probably would be a hit. People tune in to that type of stuff just for the curiosity of it.

I bet some network ends up doing a reality show on the 14 children. It sounds like something more suitable for the Sci-Fi channel.
