Ed McMahon age 86 has died after battling numerous health problems in the past few years. He was said to be battling bone cancer at the time of his death and also took a fall in 2007 that resulted in a broken neck that continued to give him problems.

I was just talking about the new faces in late night tv and after posting learned of Ed McMahon leaving us. What a TV icon. He will be missed.
